These poles have an ergonomic CoreGrip that engages core muscles as you walk, burning more calories than walking without poles. They also keep your wrist in a neutral position to reduce strain.
Lightweight Yet Durable
Made with high-grade aluminum, these lightweight, gray poles are 1.44 lb. (.655 kg) per pair, ideal for a maximum user weight of 320 lb. (193 kg). Each pole has a 225 lb. (102 kg) weight-bearing capacity.
Adjustable Height
Each 3-section collapsible pole may be adjusted to your height, suitable for heights of 4’2″ to 6’4″ (127 to 193 cm). When collapsed, its length is 25″ (64 cm) for travel, 20% shorter than 2 sectional poles.
