Hank’s Surplus ski and pole strap is a multi-functional ski equipment carrier. The main strap can carry one pair of skis and two sets of poles. If you need to carry two pairs of skis we offer a secondary webbing strap that attaches to the main strap (sold separately). Why use our ski and pole strap? Minimize the hassle of carrying your skis and poles to/from the car/hotel to the slopes. Great for families with young children. Reduce the chance of your skis cutting your jacket shoulder area. Many skiers rest their skis on their shoulders for transport, but one slip of the skis can cut the fabric on your jacket. Minimal size and weight. Strap only weights approximate 5.6 oz and strap with secondary straps is 8.4 oz. Will fit in jacket pocket or backpack. Made in the USA by Hank’s Surplus. Compatible with ski widths up to 6″. Optional secondary webbing strap is for users wanting to carry two sets of skies. Can be purchased later on and attached to original main strap. Adjustable shoulder strap with quick release snap buckle. We do not use hook and loop to secure straps to skis (hook and loop wear down over time). The tension from the weight of your skis and poles cinches the straps down. How to use: 1. Unclip bottom strap, slide over bottom part of skies, cinch webbing. 2. Slid top strap over top of skies and clip into bottom strap. 3. Attach poles if needed. 4. Sling over shoulder and go. Material: All material from webbing, thread and buckles are made in the USA. The webbing that wraps around skis will come with a rubber protector. One inch mil-spec nylon tubular webbing. Cut, sewn and assembled by Hank’s Surplus in the USA.
