No response after the detector is turned on,how can we do ?

Check the batteries are installed correctly and do not upside down, confirm the Sensor power button is turned on, After turning on, Pls wait flash for 30 seconds. Then enter into the sensing working state .

When there are false alarms enen if no one pass, how can we do ?

battery Capacity is too low,pls change new 100% alkaline battery

The detector has a small sensing angle and a close sensing distance, how can we do ?

There are two small baffles in front of the detector,Only when both baffles are removed can the horizontal angle reach 110 degrees. and a horizontal angle of 30 degrees.

After installing all battery of receiver,the receiver can sound, but no response after triggering the detector?

Please make sure the working mode at locked condition before you need this item in working. unLock will be no activated response.

Biu…… one sound is locked for working condition,Biu Biu……two sound is unlocked for not working condition

The receiver is working normally when volume -, but there is no response when volume +,how can we do?

Pls replace the receiver’s battery
