How do I use it?

1.Cleaned the Professional Ice Roller with alcohol and a cotton ball, then wipe clean. Put the ice roller in the freezer for 2-4 hrs, Get the best results.

2.Clean the treatment area and apply cream or gel on the skin.

3.Roll gently around the treatment area especially around eye area.Transition to your cheeks, mouth, and around your jaw, continuing that rolling motion.

4.After using the Ice Roller, cleaned it with mild soap and warm water, then wipe clean and store it until its next use.
