SportPlus Exercise Ball with Resistance Straps
With the SportPlus half ball you train strength, coordination and balance, as well as improve your motor skills and responsiveness. The balance board can be used on both the flat and convex sides, offering a wide range of exercise options. The construction of the exercise ball forces your muscles to constantly compensate for the imbalance. This promotes the inter- and intramuscular coordination responsible for fine motor skills and results in intensive muscle training of the leg and hip muscles as well as the abdominal, back, arm and shoulder muscles. In the long term, balance training also ensures a straight back and a healthy posture. The two additional straps allow the training to be even more varied and intensified.
